Located on a beautiful six acre site overlooking a small inland lake in southeast Michigan, ARK designed this new home to fit this family’s evolving needs. The interior layout and site planning were integrated to take advantage of a specific lake view as well as to maintain a feeling of wooded beauty and seclusion throughout the home. An energy-efficient envelope and subtle use of passive solar techniques complete the design inside and out.
